Safety Inspection
- Inner core insulation
- Flex cord and anchor inspection
- Marred flex and flex return
- Internal unit insulation condition
- Exposed conductor check
- 3 Pin (Type-J) / 2 pin (Type-C) plug inspection
- Thermal safety cutout test
- Exterior unit clean and sanitize
- Inspection of all high velocity components including turbo/power head
- Motor & Fan alignment & vibration test
- Check for blown fuses/tripped circuit breakers
- Battery (cordless models) correct charge rate, inspect for damage
- Airflow/flow restriction assessment & power test
- Clean or replace air/HEPA filters
- Electric motor high pressure air clean
- Clean canister/bag compartment (as applicable) inc. top cyclones
- Pascal (suction) assessment
- Seals: Inspect, remove dust and dirt build up
- Seals: Test for failure/blockages/leaks - dust escape
- Agitator efficiency test and assess
- Enzyme (protein) based interior deodorise/odor neutralise
- Filter efficiency assessment /replace
- Inner cyclonic check and shroud clean (where applicable)
- Exterior clean and sanitise
- Inspect wheels/castors for wear and smooth operation
- Inspect for wear, cracks and correct drive belt tension (where fitted)
- Relubrication of moving parts as required
- Clean and inspect hose/s for blockages, tears, secure connections
- Report any safety or operational failures requiring repair or replacement
