Delivery Fees
Australia
Free standard metro delivery on purchases above AUD$150.00 in value. Freight costs, where they do apply will be displayed at checkout. A delivery fee surcharge may be needed after the final checkout for non-metro or oversized deliveries. These will be advised before dispatch and if unacceptable to the purchaser a full refund will be issued. Freight charges displayed on this website apply to the metropolitan areas of Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne Adelaide and Perth. Should your delivery fall outside the metropolitan area of the capital city in your state, your purchase may incur additional freight cost, primarily due to distance. If this is the case, you will be contacted prior to shipping by the About Clean store that received your online transaction. You will be provided with an updated quote before any additional costs are incurred.
New Zealand
Free delivery applies to all purchases above NZ$99.00 in value.
Customisation Options
Whilst we are unable to provide a specific delivery date or time, you can select our Click and Collect option and pick up your purchase from the About Clean store that you transacted with at a pre-arranged time. Refer to our Click and Collect section for more information.
